Paranomal Activity 3

Making sequels that don't loose their audience is a very hard thing to accomplish. In the first film of Paranormal Activity, grabbed the interest of many in this country and people are not only terrified of this but they want to see more an more. These films are unique in that they give a realistic approach in making what is happening to the main characters seem real. I remember when this film first came out and you had to vote for this film to play nationwide. An now there is a third film and the story continues. I am eager to see how the third film and what it has to offer.

Ghosts and Cameras

Its interesting to watch these reality tv shows about how investigators or "GhostBusters" try to capture evidence of the spiritual world. By doing this they use little technical devices such as cameras, recorders, and other gadgets and supposedly this can create a connection between the dead and the living. It seems silly but it makes you wonder if these gadgets can really connect you to ghosts.

What is All this Commotion About the iphone 4s?

My sister works at Apple store in San Francisco and had to face the mad crazziness of customers wanting to buy the newest iphone. I heard that there was a huge line even. I never really thought much about the iphone and all its glory this would make sense considering I don't have one but seriously what is great about it?. To me a phone is a phone you use it to communicate to people. I understand that its nice to have faster speed, games, apps, an such but to be honest those things never really interested me. I don't know I guess its different once you have one.

My Interview at TheFind

So, I had an interesting interview today with this company called TheFind. They have an online database that carries numerous catalogs from many different company's such as Sur La Table, and more. TheFind helps everyday online shoppers and merchants find exactly what you are looking for through the web. The difference between this site and Google and other search engines is instead of displaying information about a product they show the images of various products which allow you to find what you are looking. Some of the online features is there is a link on the homepage where you can save information of the product of your interest to help you keep track of what your looking for. Also, you can search different stores to view products. An now, they are using a tablet to display their catalogs for customers. It's pretty cool and inventive.

R.I.P. Steve Jobs

I just wanted to say that Steve Jobs is one of the most influential innovators of our time. He has changed the world and made a huge step in technology. His work and talent will be missed.

Amazed by Illustrator

For me, I found that using Illustrator is far more easier than Photoshop or Dreamweaver!. Today in my Principles of Design class, We got to use this software and traced forks, spoons, and knives using one of the pen tools. For once something makes sense! It feels great to actually understand how to use this tool and know what does what.
